Project Description:
An illustrative bookmark set featuring two original characters and an interpretation of Joan of Arc. Stylistically, these are different in order to showcase the range of rendering style. These bookmarks focused on displaying the artist's own personal character illustration work.
Process:
My first illustrations were created almost a year ago, and featured two original characters I had created before it. These were originally meant for a smaller sized bookmark but then rescaled and edited to fit the 2 x 7in print.
Process:
The final illustration of Joan of Arc was inspired by an interpretation of her I had designed for a trading card set inspired by Catholic saints back in 2023. I wanted this version of her to align a little closer to my personal branding colors.
